Local CDL Delivery Driver

CDL Delivery Driver – Local to Herculaneum, MO Home every night. Weekly safety bonus. Medical/dental/vision. PTO and paid holidays. 401K with company match. Retail store discounts. Position Summary Our Retail Delivery Drivers deliver Buchheit’s WOW customer experience by safely loading, delivering, and unloading retail store merchandise according to the loading slip to the customer’s location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect and safely operate retail store delivery vehicle. Adhere to DOT/FMCSA and OSHA regulations and company policies. Receive, record, and route customer orders/changes as appropriate. Load and unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. Load materials onto vehicles or trailers. Secure cargo to prevent shifting/damage in transit. Deliver to customers at construction sites, personal homes, farms, etc. May operate forklift or industrial truck to move merchandise and materials. Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures. Maintain safety awareness for hazards to employees or customers. Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and managers. Demonstrate initiative and effective problem‑solving skills. Work in a fast‑paced environment. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Class A or B CDL with at least 1‑year verifiable experience and a SAFE driving history. Must live within commuting distance of the Herculaneum, MO Retail Store. Physical Requirements The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
