Physical Therapists (PTs) – Statewide Opportunities Across Florida
Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Schedules | Home Health Care
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted, nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service to Florida's communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our expanding team across the state.

What You'll Do:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you'll:
• Conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
• Promote mobility, independence, and healing through compassionate, hands-on care
• Use our proven case management model to guide patient outcomes and support families
What You'll Need:
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
• Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
