What You Will Enjoy Doing

Lead and execute communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals. Research audiences and develop strategies to drive engagement and understanding. Create and deliver engaging, multi-channel content (video, audio, visual, and written). Ensure all communications meet brand standards for quality, design, messaging, and consistency. Manage projects and coordinate internal teams and external partners. Build strong relationships with business teams and promote internal brand awareness. Maintain intranet content and support consistent communication practices aligned with company standards. Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve communications and inform future strategies.

What Makes You Great

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Bring a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. Work independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self-starter. Set priorities, solve problems, and remain resourceful under pressure. Apply strong editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to produce high-quality content and meet deadlines. Demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, with a desire to learn and grow. Translate complex information into clear, useful insights tailored to the target audience. Use tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and quickly learn new technologies.
