Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to our existing clients by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Market new and renewal business, ensuring optimal coverage and competitive pricing for clients.
• Manage billing processes and resolve any related inquiries or issues.
• Work collaboratively with our team while also being able to handle tasks independently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented.
• Contribute to the overall success of the agency by meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Client Service.
Experience working in an Independent Agency is mandatory.
Possession of a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to achieving common goals.
