Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Janesville, WI Area. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questions about products, orders, tech support and services. The specialist will troubleshoot basic technical issues, document and elevate complex problems, and follow up to ensure effective resolution. Daily activities include maintaining detailed case records, monitoring customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams to resolve recurring issues, and providing feedback to improve support processes. The role also involves educating customers on product features and usage, while upholding Lucas Lifecare’s standards for quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Support skills focused on responsive service and issue resolution. Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centric approach to build trust and rapport. Candidates should possess abilities related to Customer Satisfaction, including follow-through, accountability, and quality assurance. Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot product-related and basic system issues. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns, and suggest improvements. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare, medical products, or related industries is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage. Comfort with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software tools. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage a high volume of queries, and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
