The primary role of the Loyalty Specialist is to take extra special care of our current customers and welcome all new and prospective customers. Key Responsibilities Account for customer retention: handle questions or concerns about brokerage & alliances maintenance, flood insurance management, agency reputation, mail management, life annual statements, assistance with income phone calls, billing issues and policy transactions, and conduct personal insurance reviews. Deliver outstanding customer experience across all interactions. Cross‑sell life insurance and umbrella insurance to current customers. Work with customers to use technology and tools that benefit them. Follow up with customers after sales to complete the new business process. Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Must obtain property & casualty insurance licenses within 30 days and life license within 90 days of hire. Consistently positive, upbeat attitude and outstanding follow‑up ability. Excellent communication skills (phone, written, interpersonal). Ability to prioritize and transition between tasks quickly. Friendly, relatable, coachable, accountable, with high motor skills and fast learning. Ability to produce a high‑volume of quality work. Compensation & Benefits Base pay $40,000 to $45,000 with bonus. Paid time off (PTO). Paid volunteer time off (VTO). Flexible schedule. Simple plan with match. Hourly pay $17.00 - $21.00 per hour with additional commission and bonus opportunities. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM depending on lunch breaks. Weekend events one to two times per year. Location & Availability In‑person office work in Le Center, MN 56057. Reliable commute or relocation before starting required.
