Maintenance Technician

We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support Class-A residential properties with high-quality service, repairs, and customer care. This is a hands‑on role focused on upkeep, unit turns, and resident satisfaction. What You’ll Do Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs Maintain grounds and swimming pools to high standards Complete unit turns in line with quality expectations Troubleshoot appliances and minor electrical issues Respond to emergency service calls on a rotating on‑call schedule Coordinate with vendors and ensure work meets standards Keep maintenance areas organized, stocked, and job‑ready Requirements 3+ years of maintenance technician experience Experience with drywall repair, paint touch‑ups, plumbing, and electrical HVAC experience with EPA certification required Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Self‑starter with strong customer service and attention to detail Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Stable, long‑term role on Class‑A properties Rotational on‑call schedule (every 6‑8 weeks) Supportive, professional work environment Compensation $24‑$26 per hour $200 monthly performance bonus Competitive on‑call pay + mileage reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
