Job Summary:
The facility is seeking a registered nurse specializing in medical surgical rehabilitation on an acute rehabilitation unit located in Crescent City, California. The position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, utilizing critical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Crescent City, California
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: 13 weekly shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (CA-RN) at the time of submission; one year experience in an acute health care setting and in acute rehab care setting preferred; certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly Epic, preferred; must provide 7-year work history verification.
• Preferred Qualifications: BLS and ACLS certifications must be in hand and American Heart Association (AHA) compliant. Experience administering blood and blood products, anticoagulation therapy, wound care, and use of assistive devices is desired.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing and hold a valid California RN license. The position requires at least two years of specific healthcare experience. Travel reimbursement for between $300 and $732.62 is provided depending on the duration of lodging and incidentals.
