TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50316!

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months of Med Surg/Med Surg Tele experience required. Proficiency caring for all patient types required. Experience with heparin required. Skills in telemetry/cardiac background highly preferred. Charge experience required. Precept experience preferred. License: Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license required. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Must-Have: No first-time travelers accepted; must have completed at least one travel contract within the previous 18 months. Willingness to float across all campuses required. Ability to work 1-2 of the upcoming holidays required unless the unit is closed. Description: We are looking for strong, motivated individuals to join our team. Candidates should be able to adapt to changes as the unit grows and evolves. The unit provides a variety of Med Surg care. Patient ratios are typically 4-5:1. The unit size is 15 beds. Remote monitoring for telemetry is available. Scrubs are navy blue and solid. Team members are expected to contribute positively and help others learn and grow.
