Family Services Case Manager

Lifelineyouth

Lifelineyouth is seeking a dedicated social worker to deliver comprehensive programmatic services across various family-centered treatment areas including Adoption and Guardianship Support Services. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, maintaining documentation, and providing ongoing support, including crisis consultation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in social work or related field and at least 18 months of relevant experience.
