Hospital Medicine Physician

Join our team as a Hospitalist or Nocturnist Physician in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, just 30 minutes outside of Albuquerque. Our Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnist schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our team of eight physicians at the UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center.
- Work alongside a unique group of clinicians with diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
- We work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a seamless transition of care.
- Candidates must be board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
- The ability to handle complex medical and social scenarios is essential.
- A patient-centered, compassionate mindset is a must.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- 20 minutes to Albuquerque for cultural attractions, dining, shopping, and the International Balloon Fiesta.
- 1 hour to Santa Fe for world-class art, historic architecture, festivals, and outdoor adventures.
- Compensation for days is $1,829 per shift.
- Compensation for nights is $2,109 per shift.
