Job Overview Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Full‑Time Days, Monday‑Friday, 8a‑4:30p. Minimum Salary: $72,000 - $75,000. Responsibilities The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy within acute care, residential, or outpatient settings. Primary duties include treatment and discharge planning, interfacing with community agencies, and maintaining treatment plans. In the acute care setting, oversight of all social work functions for acute patients and staff, including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, discharge planning, and personnel management, is required. Skills: The same competencies noted in requirements apply throughout clinical practice. Education/Experience: Master’s degree in a counseling‑related field (MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC). Licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year of clinical experience with children, adolescents, or adults. Physical Requirements Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds; full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint; CPR and first aid; rotating schedules; driving if necessary; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing; emotional stability; adequate vision and hearing.
