Account Operations Manager

About the Role CheckedUp is looking for an Account Manager – Operations to take lead on complex problem solving related to LG Smart TVs (Digital Signage) & mounted Android touch-screen tablets. As a first responder, they will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of priorities while efficiently resolving issues. The ideal candidate will also partner with internal team members to suggest long-term solutions that will improve the functionality and management of our devices, driving impact and action. Hybrid remote/in office 2-3 days a week. Duties and Responsibilities Provide a high-level of customer care to accounts on a pro-active basis. Enter and maintain account and field team information in CRM with great accuracy. Continuous management of assigned accounts post sale and post device deployment. Handle and resolve all customer complaints. Ownership of device deployment process from close of sale to follow up after installation. Management of connectivity troubleshooting as needed for all assigned accounts (basic troubleshooting of devices with client via the phone, management of the field deployment team if an onsite visit is needed, and escalating to the tech team as needed). Creation and management of all work orders in your assigned client group. Management of all field deployment teams for work orders under your account umbrella. Invoice reconciliation. Qualifications & Skills 0-2 years in account management and/or project management involving multiple teams (both in house and outsourced). Mid-level Excel skills are required. Minimum of 1 year experience with a project management platform. Comfortable with fast-moving projects and agile approaches. Can easily and clearly nuance, prioritize and articulate long term objectives and weekly targets in reporting. Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and become the go-to expert. Has trained others on your team in new technologies, platforms, and/or guidelines. Very well organized, calm, and team-oriented spirit. Gets things done and is not afraid to roll up sleeves and take responsibility. Passionate, driven, and can self-motivate. Experience in the digital and/or static out of home media space is preferred. Experience in Salesforce is a plus. Compensation Salary for this position is $66,300 per year + bonus incentive.
