Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their Accounting Operations Department! Responsibilities Process high-volume account transactions and case work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Perform account reconciliations, payment allocations, refunds, and account adjustments Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies while coordinating with internal teams and customers Prepare and process account modifications, documentation, and maintenance requests in compliance with established guidelines Manage customer correspondence, case assignment activities, and outgoing account-related communications Equal Opportunity Employer Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
