Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team at the Marisol Johnson State Farm Agency as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
• Visit a set number of businesses each week to create new Centers of Influence
• Visit a set number of businesses each week to maintain Centers of Influence
• Attend community events
• Attend business association meetings
• Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
• Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.
• Transportation

Compensation: $17.00 - $55.00 per hour
