At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree or experience required, we will provide complete training.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
All candidates complete a brief phone screening. After the screening, qualified candidates will be invited to a formal
interview. The interview is interactive and covers the full details of the position, the compensation, and the training path. The final
decision to extend an offer will be made after the interview.

PRODUCT:
Art of Drawers specializes in custom pull-out drawers and organization solutions for existing cabinets. Our designers present the
product line through in-home design consultations, where homeowners can see and feel the quality of the product firsthand.
Solutions range from $1,500 for small projects to $15,000 or more for full kitchen transformations. The average order is approximately
$6,000. Every product is precision-engineered, custom-built, and backed by a lifetime warranty.

HOW OUR DESIGNERS GET APPOINTMENTS:
Our designers generate their own appointments through personal relationships and introductions. New designers start with people
they already know and feel comfortable with. At the end of every appointment, our designers use the Share Program to invite
homeowners to introduce them to friends and family. On average, each appointment generates 3-5 additional introductions. There
is no cold calling, no door-to-door, and no telemarketing. Designers set their own schedules based on their availability and financial
goals. Some work part-time around another job or family schedule. Some go full-time.

COMPENSATION:
Art of Drawers offers a performance-based compensation structure ranging from 16% to 19% based on results. At our company
averages, designers earn approximately $540 per completed appointment. Designers doing 10 appointments per month earn roughly
$5,000/month. Designers doing 20 earn roughly $10,000/month. Top performers pacing at 30 appointments per month can earn
$150,000-$200,000+ annually. New designers receive a $2,250 onboarding compensation package that covers Ignite certification
training, sample kit deposit, travel to headquarters, and paid practice appointments. There is zero out-of-pocket cost to get started.

TRAINING:
Designers complete a 30-day certification path before working independently. Training includes local product education, field training
(shadowing an experienced designer on a real appointment), 5 paid practice appointments with friends and family ($100 each), and
Ignite certification at our headquarters in Atlanta. All training and travel costs are covered by the company as part of the onboarding
package. No experience is required. We teach everything.
