Clarity Growth Solutions is a business management, sales training, and consulting company launching a residential telecom sales campaign throughout Maryland and Washington, DC, representing Astound, Verizon, Comcast/Xfinity, and other leading internet and mobile providers.

Experienced field reps know the biggest problems with many door-to-door organizations: weak territories, long drives, unnecessary meetings, inconsistent support, and commission plans that do not justify the amount of work required.

Our model is built around defined local territories, strong telecom offers, practical field support, straightforward compensation, and giving experienced representatives more time to actually sell.

Both full-time W-2 and independent 1099 opportunities are available.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Estimated annual earnings: $74,000–$183,000+

This is a performance-based sales opportunity.

W-2 representatives are paid through commissions and performance incentives with no guaranteed base salary . Qualified W-2 representatives may also become eligible for gas, phone, vehicle, and other performance-based allowances.

Independent 1099 opportunities are available for experienced representatives who want greater flexibility and independence.

Internet and mobile are strong field-sales products because nearly every household already has both.

You are not trying to convince someone they need an unfamiliar product. The conversation is usually about whether they can get faster internet, better service, a new phone, or a lower monthly bill.

With fiber continuing to expand and providers competing aggressively for internet and mobile customers, there is significant earning potential for representatives who consistently work their territory and know how to sell.

What You'll Do

This position is approximately 80–90% residential door-to-door sales within assigned territories.

Supplemental opportunities may include scheduled community events, retail locations, and other customer-acquisition channels, particularly during poor weather or planned campaign events.

Responsibilities include:

• Working assigned residential territories
• Prospecting homeowners and residents
• Running a consistent field sales presentation
• Identifying current internet and mobile providers
• Understanding customer needs and pain points
• Presenting available internet, fiber, and wireless options
• Handling objections and closing qualified customers
• Completing customer enrollments
• Following up on installations and pending accounts
• Reworking productive areas and previous opportunities
• Maintaining accurate territory and customer information
• Meeting agreed-upon activity and production expectations

We are not looking to reinvent that process.

We want to give good representatives better products, practical territories, coaching when needed, and a structure that allows them to focus on producing.

Territory

Representatives work defined territories throughout Maryland and Washington, DC.

Our goal is to keep territories practical and concentrated rather than routinely sending representatives long distances just to begin their day.

Strong representatives are expected to learn their territory, work it consistently, revisit productive areas, and build their own pipeline within the neighborhoods they are assigned.

Schedule

Full-time W-2 representatives work a flexible field schedule centered around the hours residential customers are most available.

Most field activity occurs Monday through Thursday during afternoon and evening hours , with additional Friday and Saturday opportunities based on territory, production goals, scheduled events, and campaign needs.

Independent 1099 representatives may have greater scheduling flexibility based on experience and production.

This is an in-person field sales position and is not remote.

Training & Support

Experienced representatives still benefit from good coaching.

We keep unnecessary meetings to a minimum and focus coaching around improving production.
