• Hourly Rate: $159.13

What You'll Do

• Provide expert support for adult cardiothoracic surgeries, including pre- and post-operative care
• Assist surgeon with various procedures such as temporary pacemaker removal and chest tube management
• Manage and monitor CVICU and step-down patients, maintaining high standards of care
• Support patient recovery in a critical care environment utilizing Cerner EMR
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

What You Need

• Board Certification as Physician Assistant (PA) or Master's Degree in Nursing (NP)
• Arizona licensure (or eligible)
• DEA registration
• Minimum 3 years of recent cardiothoracic surgery experience with EVH
• ACLS and BLS certifications

Preferred:

• Experience in CVICU or step-down units
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
