We're seeking enthusiastic Food Runners and Bussers to join our vibrant Talon Tribe and contribute to the success of the Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
Position : Food Runner/Busser
Classification : Part-Time, non-exempt
Schedule : varies depending on business volumes
Salary range: $18 per hour (Restaurant) $28 per hour (Banquets)
Location : Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Responsibilities:
Food Runner:
- Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of dishes to guests.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and presentation before serving.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu items to answer guest inquiries.
- Foster a seamless communication flow between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Contribute to the overall positive dining experience for our guests.
Busser:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist servers in delivering a smooth dining experience by promptly removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Refill water glasses and assist in any additional tasks that contribute to guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, including floors and furniture.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the restaurant is well-prepared for each service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
