Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for clients and staff. This role coordinates staff schedules, supervises front-desk and support personnel, and monitors workflow to maintain efficient client services. The Site Supervisor ensures adherence to organizational policies and procedures, supports quality standards in client care, and oversees facility safety, cleanliness, and maintenance needs. The position involves supporting staff performance through coaching and feedback, assisting with training, and collaborating with leadership on process improvements. The Site Supervisor also helps manage documentation, basic reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders, always upholding confidentiality and non-discriminatory practices. Qualifications Experience in site or office supervision, including coordinating staff schedules, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting performance management. Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including managing documentation, basic reporting, and maintaining orderly, compliant records. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to support a caring, non-judgmental environment for clients and staff. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a client-focused, fast-paced clinical setting. Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, non-discriminatory practices, and trauma-informed, client-centered care. Prior experience in healthcare, social services, or community outreach settings is preferred. Proficiency with common office software and basic clinic management systems.
