Key Responsibilities Digital Product Manager role in Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, in Woonsocket, RI. Responsibilities include: Collaborate on the value proposition, strategic initiatives, roadmap, and target market. Work with the Business Product Manager to map out initiatives and create minimum viable products that provide value (ROI). Streamline execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features/components. Continuously refine the program backlog, facilitate decision-making on stories, bug fixes, and technical debt as they move through team Rally board. Partner with business teams to decompose large initiatives into features that deliver business value incrementally. Monitor feature implementation with Business Product Manager and Product Owners. Collaborate with software product owners and agile teams to review business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables, and identify dependencies, opportunities and risks. Resolve questions and support product owner teams during user story creation and refinement. Facilitate requirements definition and resolve impediments with interfacing agile and application teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose features into prioritized user stories that deliver tangible business results. Provide feedback on architecture recommendations to ensure sufficient understanding for design, development and testing. Explain digital product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value delivered. Liaise with the Business Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Initiative Owner and Solution Architect to clarify requirements. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: XML and JSON Agile methodologies and SAFe Software Development Principles ATG Commerce REST, SOAP, Oracle, and Teradata DB2, JIRA, and Rally Confluence Amazon Web Services MySQL and SQL Tableau and Kafka Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Domain support for healthcare or retail organization Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases Data warehousing Pay Range $172,370.00 per year.
