QA LeadPosition: QA LeadLocation: Jefferson city, MO (onsite)Duration: Long termJob Description: The Mission: Lead a specialized QA team in modernizing and maintaining critical State Medicaid systems. You will bridge the gap between legacy Mainframe back-ends and modern Web interfaces using advanced automation (Tosca/TestComplete) and AI-driven testing practices.Core Responsibilities:Lead & Mentor: Coordinate daily QA activities for a team of testers in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment.Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, oversee manual/automated execution, and ensure high-quality delivery.Reporting: Maintain JIRA dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into testing progress and defect resolution.Must-Have Skills:Leadership: 5+ years in Software Testing with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.Tech Stack: High proficiency in Tosca or TestComplete.Environment: Hands-on experience testing both Web and Mainframe applications.Domain: Experience in the Medicaid/Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
