Student Success Advisor

Seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Student Success Advisor, this full-time remote position will manage engagement and retention for students, families, and institutional partners while implementing support plans and providing proactive mentorship. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and partners, offering guidance and support Utilize data-informed strategies to monitor student progress and enhance engagement Facilitate partner onboarding and create implementation plans aligned with organizational goals Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in education or educational leadership, ideally in a virtual setting Strong understanding of grades 6-12 education and instructional engagement strategies High emotional intelligence and active listening skills Proficiency in digital communication tools and learning platforms
