We are seeking a Senior (5+ Years) Transform Developer to support and enhance enterprise document automation solutions across a large global business environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with strong experience in Bottomline Transform Suite , JDE EnterpriseOne , document automation, label development, document delivery, and enterprise printing support.

In this position, you will design, develop, configure, and support high-performing document management solutions used across multiple business locations. You will partner closely with IT teams and business users to understand requirements, build scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and support critical ERP document output processes.

This is an onsite role requiring strong professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and support documents, labels, and delivery processes using Bottomline Transform Suite

Design and build Transform objects using best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Support document automation processes connected to JDE EnterpriseOne

Troubleshoot document generation, delivery, and printing issues

Configure and support printers, printer drivers, print servers, and enterprise print environments

Work with SQL Server, XML, and staging tables to support integrations with third-party systems

Partner with internal IT resources and business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

Provide production support for document automation and ERP output issues

Follow software development lifecycle practices for development, testing, deployment, and support

Support business initiatives across multiple locations in a collaborative enterprise IT environment

Required Qualifications

5+ years of technical experience developing in Bottomline Transform

Experience creating and modifying documents, labels, and document delivery workflows

Strong experience with JDE EnterpriseOne and document automation

Experience with printer setup, printer drivers, print servers, and enterprise printing support

Practical experience with SQL Server, XML, and staging tables

Ability to troubleshoot ERP document output, printing, and delivery issues

Experience working with both IT leadership and business users

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience following SDLC processes for enterprise application changes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting document automation in a manufacturing, supply chain, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, or global enterprise environment

Experience supporting multiple business locations or global users

Experience with barcode labels, shipping labels, compliance labels, invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, or other ERP-generated documents

Experience with third-party system integrations

Experience with enterprise print environments and label printers

Exposure to related document automation or output management tools

Work Environment

This is a professional onsite role in a business-facing IT environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable working directly with technical teams, leadership, and business users while supporting critical enterprise document automation systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 , based on experience and qualifications. The role offers competitive benefits, development opportunities, onboarding support, and the opportunity to make a direct impact within a large and complex global business environment.
