Fashion meets innovation in the design of our two state-of-the-art facilities based in the heart of Austin, Texas, and overflows into the design of our growing retail environment across the country.  Position Overview  The Philanthropy Lead at Kendra Scott will play a critical role in bringing the company’s philanthropic strategy to life, with a primary focus on Corporate Philanthropy, national nonprofit partnerships, and purpose-driven campaigns.Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, this role will be responsible for managing key national nonprofit partnerships, project managing monthly and national philanthropic campaigns, and helping ensure our purpose strategy is executed consistently and effectively across the organization. The Philanthropy Lead will serve as a key connector between Philanthropy and cross-functional partners across Brand, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, Regional Marketing, Merchandising, PR, and other teams.Approximately 80% of the role will focus on Corporate Philanthropy, with the remaining 20% focused on supporting and managing select Kendra Scott Foundation programs and initiatives.This role requires an exceptional project manager and relationship builder who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and able to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.Responsibilities- Corporate Philanthropy | 80% National and Community Partnership Strategy & Partner Management Support the Senior Director of Philanthropy in developing and executing Kendra Scott’s national and community partnership strategy, identifying opportunities that align with company priorities, monthly philanthropic themes, customer relevance, and community impact.Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for national nonprofit partners, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution throughout the partnership lifecycle.Manage national partnership deliverables, timelines, commitments, approvals, impact reporting, and internal communications to ensure both Kendra Scott and nonprofit partners deliver against agreed-upon objectives.Support partnership development and evaluation, including research, proposals, contracts, campaign opportunities, impact goals, and post-campaign recaps.Partner closely with Regional Marketing to translate national philanthropic priorities and monthly cause themes into meaningful local and regional activation opportunities.Support Regional Marketing in identifying and vetting high-quality local nonprofit and community partners that align with established philanthropic priorities and campaign themes.Provide strategic guidance and ideation to Regional Marketing on locally relevant Kendra Gives Back events and community activations designed to deepen community engagement, strengthen partnerships, and drive successful store-level participation.Help establish best practices, activation ideas, partner criteria, and resources that enable markets to execute high-quality, impactful giveback events consistently across the fleet.Identify opportunities to connect national nonprofit partnerships with local chapters, affiliates, board members, volunteers, corporate partners, and community leaders to strengthen activation at the market level.Partner with Regional Marketing to evaluate local and regional activations, identify learnings and scalable ideas, and continuously improve the quality and impact of Kendra Scott’s community giveback strategy.Maintain a strong understanding of the national and local nonprofit landscape, proactively identifying relevant organizations, cultural moments, community opportunities, and partnership best practices.National & Monthly Campaign ManagementProject manage Kendra Scott’s monthly and national philanthropic campaigns from initial planning through execution and post-campaign reporting.Develop and manage detailed workback plans, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure campaigns launch successfully and on schedule.Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, Regional Marketing, Merchandising, PR, Creative, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to bring philanthropic campaigns to life across relevant customer and employee touchpoints.Coordinate marketing and creative asset needs for philanthropic campaigns, ensuring teams have clear briefs, approved messaging, partner assets, impact information, and deadlines.Serve as a central point of contact across workstreams, proactively identifying gaps, escalating risks, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.Help develop campaign recaps and impact reporting, capturing key performance indicators, fundraising results, partner impact, learnings, and opportunities for future campaigns.Marketing, Messaging & Cross-Functional ExecutionPartner with internal teams to develop clear, compelling, and accurate philanthropic messaging across digital, social, ecommerce, retail, PR, internal communications, and community channels.Maintain exceptional attention to detail across contracts, partnership commitments, legal requirements, marketing language, giveback mechanics, impact claims, and partner approvals.Ensure philanthropic messaging accurately reflects partnership agreements and impact while remaining aligned with Kendra Scott’s brand voice and marketing objectives.Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity around priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.Proactively identify opportunities to increase the visibility, relevance, and business impact of Kendra Scott’s philanthropic partnerships and campaigns.Impact Agency SupportServe as a key day-to-day partner to Kendra Scott’s external impact agency, helping translate broader philanthropy strategy into actionable workstreams and deliverables.Manage agency timelines, requests, meetings, materials, and follow-ups to ensure projects remain aligned with strategic priorities.Support the Senior Director of Philanthropy on longer-term purpose and impact strategy, research, benchmarking, storytelling, and strategic initiatives led in partnership with the agency.Reporting and Impact MeasurementPartner with Philanthropy Operations to develop recurring reports and dashboards measuring fundraising performance, participation, nonprofit partnerships, and community impact.Analyze trends and provide actionable insights that support program optimization and future planning.Prepare presentations and impact reports for senior leadership, executive meetings, family meetings, and internal communications.Monitor program adoption and recommend enhancements to increase engagement and scalability.Responsibilities- Kendra Scott Foundation | 20% Manage and support select Kendra Scott Foundation programs and initiatives, including Yellow Library, Kendra Cares, and other Foundation priorities.Manage program calendars, timelines, partner communications, documentation, impact information, and cross-functional coordination.Partner with Regional Marketing and other internal teams to support execution of Foundation program activations and events.Ensure accurate and up-to-date program impact metrics, talking points, partner information, and marketing materials are available for internal and external communications.Support Foundation-related PR, storytelling, donor, and partner requests as needed.Project manage select Foundation special projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Identify key Foundation milestones and storytelling opportunities that can be amplified through Kendra Scott brand channels.Our ideal Candidate Will HaveExceptional project management skills with the ability to across functions and influence without direct authority.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex partnership details into clear direction for internal teams.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and teams must move quickly.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.Advanced PowerPoint skills.Experience in corporate philanthropy, nonprofit partnerships, cause marketing, brand marketing, community impact, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, partnership structures, and philanthropic best practices preferred.Experience with CRM/project management systems
