Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with K-12 students with varying needs
- Strong understanding of evidence-based assessment and intervention methods
- Solid communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document services, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy, consultations, and support for academic and social success
- Stay updated on best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
