Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10s, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
• Assist with a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, total joint, arthroscopic, and neurological procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control and surgical safety protocols
• Accurately document intraoperative nursing assessments and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia or compact license eligibility
• Minimum of 18 months of OR nursing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with orthopedic, total joint, arthroscopic, and neurosurgical cases
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume acute care surgical environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties beyond core requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a fast-paced OR setting
