About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join this team and take full ownership of commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through final closeout. Responsibilities Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop detailed estimates, project logistics plans, and comprehensive schedules. Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and on‑site personnel. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and local ordinances. Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships. Prepare and present clear, accurate project reports and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry. Proven ability to manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout, including estimating and scheduling. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a client‑first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Authorized to work in the United States; must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
