Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated District Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations and ensure the seamless execution of The Tox Technique services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. The role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing company standards, optimizing client experiences, and driving regional performance goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members and leadership to maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and strategic planning capabilities
• Experience in the wellness, fitness or alike field
• Record of success in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
• Proficiency in customer service management and resolving client concerns
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for achieving operational objectives
• Familiarity with wellness, health, or body sculpting industries is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
