We are specifically seeking an experienced veterinary Hospital Manager who has successfully led hospital operations, supported team stability, strengthened culture, and driven business performance in a veterinary practice setting.

- Location & Community Connection: This position is based in Columbia City, IN. The ideal candidate will live in or near Columbia City, Fort Wayne, or surrounding communities to support consistent on-site leadership and local engagement.
- Lead an Established, Growing Hospital: We're seeking an experienced veterinary Hospital Manager with a proven track record of successfully growing and/or maintaining hospital performance, team stability, and operational excellence.

- Develop Your Team: You'll guide the career development of all team members, from onboarding and training to long-term growth and success.
- Drive Business Success: You'll have ownership of the hospital's financial health, managing the P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet and exceed business goals.
- Build a High-Performing Team: You'll take the lead on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for all hospital roles.
- Champion the Client Experience: You'll ensure every client and pet receives exceptional service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Demonstrated experience as a Hospital Manager with a proven track record of growing and/or maintaining a veterinary hospital's performance and culture.
- Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
- A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Prior management experience within a veterinary hospital is required.
