• Location & Community Connection: This position is based in Columbia City, IN. The ideal candidate will live in or near Columbia City, Fort Wayne, or surrounding communities to support consistent on-site leadership and local engagement.
• Lead an Established, Growing Hospital: We're seeking an experienced veterinary Hospital Manager with a proven track record of successfully growing and/or maintaining hospital performance, team stability, and operational excellence.

• Champion the Client Experience: You'll ensure every client and pet receives exceptional service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Demonstrated experience as a Hospital Manager with a proven track record of growing and/or maintaining a veterinary hospital's performance and culture.
• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Prior management experience within a veterinary hospital is required.
