We are not a standard "fill the shift" agency; we treat our team with the same deep respect and communication that we give our clients. Right now, we are actively building our Founding Caregiver Network and are looking for compassionate professionals to join our family early.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, hygiene support) in a client's private home.
Assist with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
Support meal planning, preparation, and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship, conversation, and medication reminders.

What You Will Need to Bring:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to commute to client homes.
Active California HCA (Home Care Aide) registration (or willingness to register).
Ability to pass a comprehensive Live Scan fingerprint background check.
Current TB clearance (no more than 90 days old).
Bonus points for an active CNA license, CPR/First Aid certification, or experience supporting clients with dementia/memory loss!
