Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour Day Shift, with a commitment of 36 guaranteed hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient orthopedic care, focusing on evaluating patients and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. The role includes managing a daily caseload of patients while meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment strategies.
• Provide hands-on therapy interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
• Manage and document patient progress, ensuring compliance with therapy protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Meet weekly productivity expectations of 60 patient visits with 12-14 patients seen daily.
• Participate in float assignments to other clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
