Qualifications:

• Active and valid Delaware SLP license required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based experience preferred, ideally at the elementary level
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable transportation to the site

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop and update IEPs, and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and service recommendations
• Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Utilize best practices and evidence-based interventions to foster student growth
