Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Hilliard, OH Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour Consistent Day Shift Schedule We are actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one pediatric private duty nursing care in a home setting in Hilliard, Ohio. The patient is medically complex and requires care involving a ventilator, tracheostomy (trach), and G‑tube. Training is provided for nurses who are motivated to learn. Important: The patient’s mother prefers one consistent nurse to cover all scheduled shifts, allowing for continuity of care and strong relationship‑building. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Consistent, long‑term case Job Duties Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home. Manage and monitor ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Monitor patient condition and document care accurately. Communicate with family members and clinical team. Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment. Requirements Active LPN license in the State of Ohio. Experience with trach, ventilator, or G‑tube care preferred (training provided). Current CPR certification. Recent negative TB test or chest X‑ray.Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
