Responsibilities

Consult with customers about their vehicle and facts of loss Work with technicians to assess damage to vehicles Write estimates for repair, following shop / OEM procedures and standards Discuss options with customers and insurance for providing quality repair Perform in-process quality control checks.

Ideal Candidates

Have experience in CCC estimating Dealership experience, working with CDK software is a plus Enjoy working with people to achieve a common goal Value improving their skill sets Complete tasks with exceptional attention to detail while displaying a sense of urgency Follow company policies and comply with safety and standard practices Be dependable and honest

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds
