Talent Development & Training Specialist
City of Sioux Falls
City of Sioux Falls seeks a Training and Wellbeing Coordinator to plan, develop, implement and administer the City’s training, development and wellbeing initiatives. This role covers onboarding, engagement, wellness, and recognition programs, applying adult learning principles and best practices to strengthen employee experience. The ideal candidate will build relationships across City departments, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support #J-18808-Ljbffr
