SCHEDULE 40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM. This position is non-essential in the event of an emergency. Salary Range $70,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year, based on experience and skills. LOCATION 434 HarrisonAvenue, Boston. The role is eligible for hybrid work; the candidate will work on site two days per week with a Friday rotation in office every five weeks. Ability to travel within New England for college and university fairs is required. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter works within the Human Resources department to source, screen, and evaluate potential talent for openings at Pine Street Inn. The role supports high‑turnover departments and collaborates with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, conduct assessments and monitor requisition status to maintain an efficient recruitment process. The Recruiter will use the ATS, social media, employee referrals, networking groups and other sources to attract candidates. The incumbent will interview, assess and provide hiring recommendations for program needs. The Recruiter should have experience holding kick‑off calls, sourcing passive talent, and be able to tell our organization’s story to candidates. Occasional travel to universities and colleges is required. A hybrid model is in place, with a potential remote option for a recruiter who meets monthly metrics. Requirements Required Education / Training Associate’s degree plus five (5) years’ experience in recruiting, or an Undergraduate degree or equivalent plus three (3) years’ experience in recruiting. Required Experience Minimum five (5) years of direct recruitment experience. Excellent computer, communication, and writing skills; strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Scheduling Assistant. Extensive HRIS experience and strong data analysis and tracking skills. Prior experience with paperless onboarding and paperless Applicant Tracking Systems. Preferred Experience Human resources experience in a non‑profit setting. Experience with Paylocity, SkillSurvey, SuccessFactors, or similar electronic reference and electronic applicant tracking systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
