You will: - Set up (make-ready) and operate press equipment - Maintain color quality and mechanical accuracy to meet standards - Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments - Lead and support crew members to meet production goals - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting - Complete production documentation and reportingEquipment Experience (Preferred)We’re especially interested in candidates with experience operating: - Offset Presses: Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland - Sheetfed Presses: KBA, Heidelberg, Komori - Digital Presses: Indigo, Ricoh, FUJI, Landa - Die Cutters: Bobst (Expertcut, Spanthera, Vision Cut)**Experience with other equipment will also be considered.
