What You'll Do

• Provide advanced perioperative nursing care as a First Assist in a surgical setting
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes throughout surgeries
• Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
• Document procedures and patient information accurately
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist with surgical instrumentation

What You Need

• Active MA RN license and certification as a First Assist preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
