Records Analyst

Job Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II is responsible for independently processing subpoenas, Public Records Act (PRA) requests, and license and record certifications. Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the Analyst I is responsible for processing subpoenas, Public Records Act (PRA) requests, and license and record certifications. Responsibilities Process subpoenas and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Handle Public Records Act requests, reviewing public access and exemptions. Process license and record certifications as required by state regulations. Desirable Qualifications Positive attitude and high motivation. Ability to analyze information and make timely, competent decisions. Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient in computer usage and data entry. Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience handling multiple priorities. Minimum Requirements Analyst II: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Analyst I: $3,861.00 - $4,839.00 (Series A), $4,181.00 - $5,233.00 (Series B), $5,014.00 - $6,276.00 (Series C). New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Working Conditions Work is 40 hours per week, office setting with artificial light and temperature control. The incumbent must be able to remain at a stationary workstation at a computer and occasionally move to retrieve files.
