Foster a positive work environment and provide opportunities for growth.Business Planning: Identify profitable opportunities, set goals, and create plans to achieve profit growth by improving customer engagement.Goal Achievement: Allocate resources effectively, track progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations across procurement, inventory, sales, marketing, and services.Company Image: Inspire employees to maintain high standards, collaborate with customers and community organizations, and uphold ethical business practices.Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service quality by setting high standards, monitoring team interactions with customers, and continuously improving the guest experience.Process Improvement: Regularly review and improve company processes to meet quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.Professional Growth: Stay updated on industry trends, attend workshops, and build a professional network.Community Engagement: Build relationships with community and industry stakeholders and participate in local events and organizations.
