Become an Interventional Radiologist with Us in Stunning Phoenix!

Our organization is on the lookout for a skilled Interventional Radiologist to enhance our expanding team of three physicians in Interventional Radiology. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, we are affiliated with the Phoenix VA Medical Center, providing a comprehensive array of interventional oncology, hepatobiliary, and advanced body procedures. Our practice features a varied case mix, including endovascular treatments for peripheral artery disease (excluding EVAR, TEVAR, and neuro interventions), alongside a full range of other image-guided procedures. We are dedicated to mentoring and supporting enthusiastic IR physicians eager to refine their procedural expertise.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive Salary: Up to $400,000 per year

• Annual Performance Bonus & Regular Salary Increases

• Sign-on Bonus: Up to 25% of your annual salary

• Paid Time Off: 50 - 55 days of annual PTO (including 26 days of annual leave, 13 sick days, 11 paid federal holidays, and up to 5 days for CME)

• Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and a federal 401k with up to 5% contribution from the organization

• Insurance: Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance (coverage extends into retirement)

• CME: Potential reimbursement of $2,500 per year

• Malpractice: Comprehensive liability protection with tail coverage included

• Flexible Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on additional work

Employment Requirements:

• Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine

• Unrestricted License: A full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory

• U.S. Citizenship: Non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens are unavailable, in accordance with VA policy
