Daycare Provider

Position Summary The Daycare Provider provides direct childcare services in a structured childcare environment, supporting the care and development of children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. This role is responsible for implementing age-appropriate developmental activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing setting, and supporting daily routines that promote learning, growth, and well-being. Working as part of a collaborative childcare team, the Daycare Provider communicates regularly with families and contributes to a positive, welcoming environment built on trust and consistency. A strong commitment to attentiveness, reliability, and compassionate care is essential, as this position plays a key role in supporting the overall safety, development, and daily experiences of the children in care. Key Responsibilities Engage children in age appropriate developmental activities and structured routines. Monitor child safety and well being, responding promptly to needs and concerns. Support meal, hygiene, rest, and transition routines in accordance with childcare guidelines. Document daily activities and communicate with families as appropriate.
