RT Residency Program

Our Respiratory Therapist Residency Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and professional practice. As a participant, you will engage in a structured program that includes hands-on clinical experience, mentorship from seasoned respiratory care professionals, and ongoing education sessions to expand your knowledge and expertise. The program focuses on building confidence in critical care settings, mastering advanced procedures, and developing leadership skills, ensuring a smooth transition into your role as a skilled and independent Respiratory Therapist.

Clinical Career Ladder

Our Clinical Career Ladder offers a clear pathway for advancement, starting from RCP I and progressing through RCP II, RCP III, and RCP IV roles. 3 x 12 hour shifts per week. Shift: Day (06:00-18:30) or Night (18:00-06:30) available. Holidays: Holiday rotation required. Weekends: Every third weekend
