NOC Technician

Seeking motivated IT professionals, the full-time NOC Technician will monitor network, server, application, and security platforms, respond to alerts and outages, and coordinate resolution efforts while working onsite in Lancaster, PA. Key responsibilities Actively monitor dashboards and alerts to identify and document issues and trends Maintain reporting of network data and collaborate with IT teams to establish troubleshooting protocols Serve as the first point of contact for client network issues and facilitate communication between IT teams and end users Required qualifications Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, Mac OS, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and the OSI Model Experience with ticketing systems and real-world technology support (internships accepted) Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space Legal residency in one of the specified states for remote work eligibility Virtual Vocations Inc
