Senior Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal to manage client accounts and support attorneys with employment-based immigration matters from case initiation through filing. The role requires strong case management, client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive cases forward. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned employment-based immigration cases from intake through filing. Prepare immigration forms, applications, supporting documents, and attorney review packages. Handle PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, and RFE matters. Maintain accurate case records, workflows, deadlines, and client information. Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams and provide timely case updates. Prepare client reports, including status and expiration reports. Review work completed by junior paralegals and provide guidance when needed. Stay updated on changes in employment-based immigration laws and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience. Hands-on experience with PERM, H-1B, I-140, AOS, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, and RFE responses. Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines.
