As a family-owned and operated company, we believe in putting people first, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where employees feel valued.We're looking for friendly, motivated, and dependable individuals to join our team!What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers find financial solutions while providing exceptional service both in the office and in the field.Build positive, lasting relationships with customersAssist with loan applications, payments, and account managementHandle incoming and outgoing customer callsFollow up on accounts and past-due balancesConduct field visits to assist customers with payments when neededAnswer questions and resolve customer concerns professionallyPromote our financial services and help grow our customer baseMaintain accurate customer records and transactionsFollow company procedures for cash handling, collections, and office securityNo financial services experience?
