You’ll be supporting students’ communication needs at two elementary schools, each with its own vibrant community. With manageable caseloads of approximately 40 and 50 students, you can focus on meaningful intervention and progress. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for SLP-CCC or completion of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with teletherapy services a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students in PreK-5th grade
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted therapy—both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Maintain accurate records of progress and follow up on student goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational specialists
• Contribute to the social and academic success of each student within your caseload
