We’re looking for a people-loving, shelf-stocking, sales-minded Route Sales Representative to serve the  York County, PA, and Harford County, MD , markets. In this role, you’ll do more than keep our retail locations well-stocked and well-snacked. You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, identify opportunities to expand product placement, introduce new products and promotions, create eye-catching displays, and help grow sales throughout your territory.

Your Daily Route to Success:

• Be the Brand: Deliver our salty snack goodness, including Dieffenbach’s, Gibble’s, and Uglies, to local grocery stores, convenience shops, and more.
• Build Relationships: You’re the friendly face our customers count on, greeting them, listening to their needs, and making their shelves (and hearts) full.
• Think Smart: Plan efficient routes, keep your truck tidy, and make sure product is fresh, stocked, and displayed to perfection.
• Grow the Crunch: Spot new sales opportunities and help promote products like a snack-selling superstar.
• Keep It Together: Log your sales, deliveries, and customer interactions with accuracy and care.

You’ll Do Well If You:

• Love the open road and interacting with people
• Have some sales or delivery experience (bonus if it’s food-related)
• Are organized, self-driven, and know how to hustle
• Can lift 25 lbs without breaking a sweat
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
