Travel Neonatal Intensive Care RN - Kerman, California

In this travel role, you'll work alongside dedicated neonatal professionals, honing your skills in a Level III NICU setting. This environment is ideal for nurses eager to grow, adapt, and build a standout resume while supporting the tiniest and most vulnerable patients.


Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts
• 3 x 11.5-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an RN in a Level III NICU
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative care environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, family-centered care to premature and critically ill neonates
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, supporting high standards of patient safety and outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in neonatal condition
• Educate and provide emotional support to families throughout their NICU journey
• Administer medications and therapies accurately, adhering to current best practices
